Quantometer Gas Meter
CPT-01 Turbine Quantometers are instruments used for measurement of gas volume that flows through an installation. Our great experience in the design and manufacture of türbine and rotary gas meters has resulted in the development of industrial quantometers. Considering our customers demands, we created the device with excellent metrological properties operating performance close to turbinmeter designed for surverlliance transfer measurements. Other advantages of CPT Quantometers are : high quality, easy maintenance, a wide range of external devices that can cooperate with quantometers, e.g. volüme trimmers,data loggers, data transmission systems. Thereby, quantometers are accepted by our local and foreign customers.
Basic components of CPT Quantometer's are:
Pressure ressistant meter body
Input flow regulator
Measure Catridge with Turbine Wheel.
Magnetic connection as transfer element between measuring cartridge and index.

MEASUREMENT OUTPUT
Working pressure (reference pressure) can be taken from the pressure tap marked pr located on one side of the meter body.
PULSE SENSORS
The mechanical index unit indicates the actual volume of gas measured at operating temperature and operating pressure. It can be rotated axially 350° to facilitate readings and enable easier connection of Pulse sensor plugs.The index unit is supplied with a low-frequency LFK contact pulse transmitter as standard. On request the index can be equipped with:
LFI inductive Pulse sensor (NAMUR)
HF inductive Pulse sensor (NAMUR)
